- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons orange blossom water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, egg, and orange zest.
