- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- dressing:
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large serving bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, red cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, radishes, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, and feta cheese.
