How To Make Winter Slaw with Warm Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red onion, walnuts, and parsley.

In a small saucepan, heat the apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, celery seeds, olive oil, salt, and pepper over medium heat. Whisk until well combined and heated through.
