- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup boiled and sliced potatoes
- 1/4 cup blanched green beans, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
