How To Make Pea & Soya Bean Salad with Fresh Dill

Ingredients
- 1 cup peas
- 1 cup soya beans
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas and soya beans for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked peas, soya beans, and fresh dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
