Ingredients

  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 cup soya beans
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the peas and soya beans for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked peas, soya beans, and fresh dill.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  4. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!
