- 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup kefir or buttermilk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
