How To Make Pea Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh peas
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh mint for garnish
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the peas until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine the cooked peas, vegetable broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

Transfer the mixture to a serving dish or individual ramekins.
