  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, peas, red onion, and dill.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss until well coated.
