  • 8 oz mozzarella, cut into cubes
  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • 4 oz Serrano ham, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mozzarella, mango, Serrano ham, and mixed greens.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
