  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4-5 fresh figs, thinly sliced
  • 4-6 slices Serrano ham
  • 1/4 cup honey

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the olive oil and water, and stir until a dough forms.

  6. Place the dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet.

  7. Layer the sliced figs and Serrano ham on top of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into individual servings.

  12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
