How To Make Barcelona Baguette

Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 4 slices of Serrano ham
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic and olive oil. Brush the mixture onto the cut sides of the baguette.

Place the baguette in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted.

Remove the baguette from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Layer the slices of Serrano ham on the bottom half of the baguette.

Top with the sliced tomato and red onion.
