How To Make Hot BBQ Beef, Horseradish & Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 8 ounces pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.

  2. Grill the beef for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last minute of cooking on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, diced bell pepper, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley. Toss to combine.

  4. In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish sauce with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour over the pasta salad and toss to coat.

  5. Thinly slice the cooked beef and serve over the pasta salad. Drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

  6. Serve the hot BBQ beef, horseradish, and pasta salad immediately.
