How To Make Potbelly Roast Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef
  • 4 fresh buns
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make the horseradish sauce.

  3. Place buns on baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.

  4. Spread horseradish sauce on the bottom half of each bun.

  5. Layer roast beef, cheese, tomato, and lettuce on top of the sauce.

  6. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
