Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup of croutons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from the skillet and let it cool, then crumble it into smaller pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, avocado slices, crumbled bacon, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve the salad topped with croutons.
