How To Make Easy Vegan Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrots.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrots, and toss until well coated.
