How To Make Easy Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated.
