  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped walnuts.

  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Serve the cranberry chicken salad on top of lettuce leaves or as a sandwich filling.
