Ingredients
- 4 bolillo rolls (or any crusty bread rolls)
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as steak or roast beef)
- 4 slices of cheese (such as Monterey Jack or Cheddar)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the bolillo rolls in half horizontally.

Layer the beef, cheese, avocado, tomato, and jalapeno on the bottom half of each roll.
