How To Make Warm Chicken Noodle Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and toss to combine.

Add the cooked noodles to the bowl and gently toss to incorporate all the ingredients.

Garnish with chopped cilantro.
