  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, filling it generously.

  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
