Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze.

  2. Season beef strips with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef strips until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  3. Pour balsamic glaze over cooked beef and toss to coat.

  4. To assemble salad, divide mixed greens among 4 plates. Top with cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and glazed beef strips. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
