How To Make Balsamic Glazed Beef Salad
A flavor-packed salad with tender beef strips coated in sweet balsamic glaze, served on a bed of greens.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard to make the glaze.

Season beef strips with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef strips until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Pour balsamic glaze over cooked beef and toss to coat.

To assemble salad, divide mixed greens among 4 plates. Top with cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and glazed beef strips. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
