How To Make Shaved Beef and Spinach Salad
A savory and refreshing salad with thinly sliced beef and nutritious spinach leaves.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, shaved
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season the beef with salt and pepper.
