Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and thyme. Set aside.

  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  4. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  6. Pour balsamic glaze over chicken in the skillet.

  7. Place skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
