- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, and thyme. Set aside.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
