How To Make Barbecued Bavette Steak & Tomato Salad

- 4 bavette steaks
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the bavette steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil leaves, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Toss the tomato salad gently to combine all the flavors.

Slice the bavette steaks against the grain.
