How To Make Bacon & avocado warm pasta salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
