How To Make BLT Pasta Salad

The classic favorite trio of bacon, lettuce, and tomato is turned into a more fun and delicious pasta salad, tossed with rotini pasta and a creamy dressing!

Ingredients

  • 10bacon slices,cooked, diced, grease reserved
  • 12ozpasta,cooked, cooled
  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ¾cupranch dressing
  • cuptomatoes,diced
  • ½avocado,diced
  • 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
  • cupred onion,diced
  • 1cupromaine lettuce
  • fresh parsley,for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and 1 tablespoon of bacon grease.

  2. In a large bowl, assemble the pasta, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, red onion, lettuce, and bacon.

  3. Pour the dressing over and toss to combine.

  4. Garnish with parsley, then serve and enjoy!
