The classic favorite trio of bacon, lettuce, and tomato is turned into a more fun and delicious pasta salad, tossed with rotini pasta and a creamy dressing!

- 10bacon slices,cooked, diced, grease reserved
- 12ozpasta,cooked, cooled
- ½cupmayonnaise
- ¾cupranch dressing
- 1½cuptomatoes,diced
- ½avocado,diced
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- â…“cupred onion,diced
- 1cupromaine lettuce
- fresh parsley,for garnish, optional
Instructions

Whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch dressing, and 1 tablespoon of bacon grease.

In a large bowl, assemble the pasta, tomatoes, avocado, cheese, red onion, lettuce, and bacon.
