- 1 can (14 oz) palm hearts, drained and sliced
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large salad bowl, combine the palm hearts, mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
