  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
