- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
