- 1cabbage head,dark loose leaves removed
- Kosher salt and black pepper,to taste
- 2tbspcanola oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Slice the cabbage into ½-inch thick steaks

Brush with oil on both sides, then place them onto a cookie sheet.

Season to with 1 teaspoon of Kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper, or to taste.
