How To Make Asparagus Casserole II

Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the asparagus until tender, about 5 minutes. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cheddar cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, and steamed asparagus.

Season with salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and melted butter.
