How To Make Egg Fried Rice with Prawns

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant.

Add prawns and stir-fry until they turn pink. Push them to one side of the pan.

Pour beaten eggs into the other side of the pan and scramble them.

Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they become tender.

Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients.

Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
