  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low-carb marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  3. Transfer the chicken mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Press it down evenly to form a thin crust.

  4. Bake the chicken crust in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until it is cooked through and slightly golden.

  5. Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  6. Spread the low-carb marinara sauce over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.

  7. Top the sauce with sliced black olives, red onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms, and pepperoni.

  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

  11. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
