  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Then, add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
