How To Make Swede & Pancetta Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 1 medium swede (rutabaga), peeled and cut into small cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until crispy and golden brown.

Add the swede cubes to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until softened.

Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan and cook for another minute.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the Swede & Pancetta spaghetti hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
