How To Make Summer Pasta with Peas & Mint

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a separate pot, boil the frozen peas for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

  4. Add cooked pasta, peas, and chopped mint to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
