How To Make Orzo with Peas and Mint Recipe
A refreshing and delicious pasta dish with the sweetness of peas and the freshness of mint, perfect for a summer dinner.

Ingredients
- 8 oz orzo pasta
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook orzo according to package instructions, adding 1 cup of peas to the boiling water for the last minute of cooking time.

Drain the orzo and peas and return them to the pot.

In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Pour the garlic and oil over the orzo and peas and toss to combine.

Add chopped mint and grated parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
