How To Make Springtime Pasta
There’s a reason why pasta is a popular favorite. It’s such a multi-purpose dish that can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways. With so many pasta ideas to choose from, your biggest challenge will be deciding on which pasta recipes to go for!

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of linguine
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 cup of fresh peas
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and peas to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour in the vegetable broth and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until warmed.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon zest and grated Parmesan cheese.

Serve the Springtime Pasta with fresh basil leaves for garnish.
