How To Make Spicy Clam & Kale Linguine

Ingredients
- 8 ounces linguine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 pound littleneck clams, scrubbed
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the white wine and add the clams. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes until the clams open.

Remove any unopened clams from the skillet. Stir in the kale and cherry tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the kale wilts.

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and season with salt and black pepper.

Serve the spicy clam and kale linguine hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
