How To Make Spaghetti with Cherry Tomato & Black Olive Sauce

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften and release their juices, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the black olives and cook for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil.

Serve the spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
