How To Make Cherry Tomato & Caper Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until they start to burst.

Stir in the capers and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat it in the tomato and caper mixture.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil.

Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
