How To Make Pasta with Garlicky Greens

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta
- 4 cups of greens (such as kale or spinach)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until garlic becomes fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Add the greens to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.

Serve the pasta with garlicky greens hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
