How To Make Fusilli with Tuna and Capers Recipe
This easy pasta dish is packed with flavor from tuna and capers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fusilli pasta
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup capers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add drained tuna and capers to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with tuna and capers. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
