  • 8 ounces fettuccine
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream and stir until heated through.

  3. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
