How To Make Slow Cooker Ribs

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup of barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs, making sure to coat them evenly.

  3. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour the barbecue sauce over them.

  4. Cook on low heat for 8 hours or high heat for 4 hours, until the ribs are tender and falling off the bone.

  5. Once cooked, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and baste them with additional barbecue sauce if desired.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
