Ingredients

  • 8 oz lactose-free macaroni
  • 2 tbsp lactose-free butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups lactose-free milk
  • 2 cups lactose-free cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the lactose-free butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Gradually whisk in the lactose-free milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the lactose-free cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
