How To Make Lactose-Free Macaroni Cheese

Ingredients
- 8 oz lactose-free macaroni
- 2 tbsp lactose-free butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups lactose-free milk
- 2 cups lactose-free cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the lactose-free butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the lactose-free milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and stir in the lactose-free cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
