How To Make Joey’s Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Use a fork to create a crisscross pattern on top of each cookie, flattening them slightly.
