How To Make Creamy Courgette Pasta

Ingredients
- 300g pasta
- 2 courgettes, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced courgettes. Cook until the courgettes are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until well coated in the creamy courgette sauce.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
