How To Make Ziti Chicken and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz ziti pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute, then add the broccoli florets. Cook for another 5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.

Add the cooked ziti pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the ziti chicken and broccoli hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
