- 4 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- Vegetable oil, for frying

In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
